AI Intrusion

I know this is probably not a popular view but at our business we hate AI as it is not secure and it's being pushed too quickly so is quite buggy. I know it has been good for some industries but it shouldn't be pushed on those of us that don't want it at this stage, until more research and stability has been done. 

We don't want this feature, especially whilst in BETA mode so where is the opt out function? There should be an option as to whether you want to be part of the BETA testers or not & we DON'T want BETA AI rooting through our accounting system. Please give the option of NOT using AI!

How do we turn it off???

    I totally agree 

    this aggressive move to AI has sucked all the joy out of this part of my work.  Plus it makes too many mistakes.  
    myob needs to provide an opt out option

    More sobering is the question, who is held responsible if the AI gets it wrong?

    Just to check, which beta feature have you been included in? You can also take a look at our In Focus / Early Access Program (EAP) board here, which has more detail on how these programs work and what’s currently in beta.

    That’s a fair question. MYOB is accountable for how its AI is designed, developed, tested, monitored, updated and supported. AI can still get things wrong, so customers remain responsible for reviewing suggestions and checking any business, financial, tax or employment decisions before acting on them.     I want to feedback that your AI tool sucks, it makes so many mistakes. I have to spend a lot of time unmatching and correcting. Please remove this junk.

    Yes but that can only be access via the new design format. I had an issue where for some reason, it was on the old view but the ai was matching records. 3 weeks of this to undo and reconcile.
