Thanks for posting and for double‑checking things on your side first.
We’re already aware of an issue where the Bank transactions / Unallocated transactions page loads as a blank/white screen. Our dev team is working on a fix, and in the meantime it’s best to reach out to our back‑end team so they can tag your specific file as affected.
Before you contact them, have these ready so they can jump straight in:
- Your serial number
- The email address you use to log in
