Cannot access Files on Web browser
Hi Team,
We have added a new user to our Accountright Plus system, using the same options as other staff for limited system access. Our new team member can access the inventory file and Cards file on the desktop software. However, they can only access the cards file on the web browser but cannot access the inventory file. Is there a way around this for them to access the inventory on the web browser?

I recommend re-allowing or adding the new user's access to the inventory module. Additionally, please clear your browser's cache and cookies to avoid any software discrepancies.
