Having a quick look at your account, as long as you take a backup and then restore your files locally you will still be able to access the AccountRight Files once you have moved onto an MYOB Business Lite subscription.
I have attached a Help Article about backing up ad restoring your company file which will show you how you are able to do this.

Thanks for your reply. So, if we back up our cloud based AR Premier files to our desktop computer, close off our AR Premier accounts and cancel the cloud based AR Premier subscription on 31/8/2022, then, on the 1/9/2022, start a MYOB Lite subscription and create a new data set. We should still then be able to access the AR Premier files to complete the August 2022 monthly BAS, complete the 2021 tax returns and complete the 2023 tax returns.
Please advise and confirm.
After you have restored your files locally and canceled the subscription you will still be able to access the files, but you won't have access to online features, so you won't be able to report using STP.
I suggest finishing everything you need to do within AccountRight before canceling the subscription to make sure.
