Error: You don't have access... contact the owner.

I am a sole trader, and besides my accountant, I am the only person who uses this MYOB account. Whenever I try to enter the backend of my account to adjust payment details, view my past invoices etc ...

I have restarted chrome and attempted again and was able to gain access. Thank You for your help.
