I have tried to get online and go through the website but it wont let me click into anything to help me sort out what i need. It will highlight the areas but nothing happens when i click it. I need ...

    Hi BobbyLC

     

    Apologies for the delayed response. Currently, the authenticator app can be reset from myaccount.myob.com. The option can be located at the bottom of the page. 

    However, users can only access this by logging in first from the website. If you are unable to log in, you will need to chat with MOCA from any help article window for additional help.
