Help Please, please, please

Hi,
I cannot log in to my account.
Yesterday I tried ringing and was on  hold for 2 hours before being disconnected.
I tried again today and was on hold for 2 1/2 hours (message says high volume of callers and wait time was 1 hour)This was not true as you will note I was on hold for 2 1/2 hours before giving up.

Wages to employees was due today, but have been unable to do.
Can you please please help me to log in.
Have tried all the support avenues you suggested in MYOB but to no avail.
Please can you assist me asap.

    Hi mpwelding,

    That doesn’t sound right. Are you seeing any error message when you try to sign in?
     

    If you're trying to get back into MYOB Business, please sign in directly via app.myob.com and try it in a private/incognito browser window first. If you're still unable to log in, please check you're using the same email address that was invited to the business, then clear your browser cache and history or try a different browser or computer.
     

    If it's still not working after that, we'll need to take a closer look on our side. You can reach our team through Live Chat via our virtual assistant on myob.com/support, or submit a support case through myaccount.myob.com.

    Hi Earl,

     

    Day 3 no wages completed Still.

     

    Did as you suggested,

     

    AZs has been happening just comers up with no results found.

    Are you able to see your file listed at all when signing in via app.myob.com? If you can't get through to us over the phone, I'd recommend reaching out via live chat. You can get through via MOCA, our virtual assistant.
