Help Needed Please

Hi there,

I need help please. Over the last week I am having problems signing in.

Firstly after clicking on AR I am asked for my email which I type in, then after a long time I am taken to the page where my data file is and I click on our data file. I am then taken back to type in my email address again.

After doing this I am taken to a different screen with the following message;

Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available. Do you want to proceed?

YES   NO   View Certificate

This is not our normal sign in procedure and I'm asking for help from MYOB or someone who may know what's going on.

I am unable to wait on the the phone for 45 minutes or longer so I am emailing.

Thank you

Thanks for posting. The error message seems to be connected with the missing 'trusted root certificate' in the computer. I recommend opening your internet explorer and trying to access login.myob.com. If the web page fails to load you can follow the following steps.

    1. Download the required root certificate. https://symantec.tbs-certificats.com/vsignuniversal-root.cer
    2. Double-click the downloaded .cer file.
    3. Click Open.
    4. Click Install Certificate
    5. Select Local Machine and click Next.
    6. Select Place all certificates in the following store.
    7. Click Browse.
    8. Select Trusted Root Certification Authorities and click OK.
    9. Click Next.
    10. Click Finish.
    11. You can now open AccountRight Live and log in as normal.

Let us know if you require further assistance with this.
