Inactivity Sign In

Since the new security measures have come in yesterday, we are having to click the 'are you still there' to sign back in every time we click to navigate around our MYOB account. This is extremely annoying and is not timing out in the suggested 20-30 mins, but instead every time we click on something! Any suggestions? I have an example recorded from my screen if that helps?

    I am having the same issues.  When will the 2FA be fixed where we don't have to log in every 30 min.  I was doing a bank rec and spent a whole hour before getting logged out and losing the work I had done.  This happened on two occasions, a total of 2 hrs lost.  WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED?

      Hey FrankTadros 

      If you are being asked to login again after 30 minutes of inactivity, 2FA shouldn't be required - just your username and password. 

      I'll send you a private message with my email. If you are experiencing the same issue where you're having to click the "Are you still there?" to sign back in every time you click to navigate around your file, please send through a recording and we'll take a deeper look into it.
