Locked out of file

I have been locked out of my Company File.

I eneterd my password and i cant get access nor will it let me rest my password.

I tried to ring last 2 days in the afternoon but MYOB kept hanging up in me and saying they are too busy and cant take my call and go online...went on line and couldnt get any help..

 

Today I rang MYOB and asked for help, I was talking with support and they said they had fixed my problem, but Im still locked out, the operator then said she will transfer me to get me more help but I sat on hold for hours and no one answered.

 

I have no idea what to do. Can anyone help.

I cant do paperwork for my business.

    I understand looking at your account that you do have an active MYOB Business subscription with us, is it that MYOB Business (serial number ending in 8075) that you are tiring to get access to?

    If so, I would recommend ensuring that you completefollowing the :

    • accessing it via app.myob.com
    • accessing using the same login information that you do as this Forum
    • Try clearing your browser's cache
    • Accessing it within a different browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

    If you are still unable to access that MYOB Business do confirm that is the case so we can investigate in more detial for you.
