Migrating from AccountRight to Business Pro

We have paid for our AccountRight subscription from April 2023 to April 2024 and are wanting to migrate our files to Business Pro from AccountRight (due to losing the 60% discount). If I migrate our ...

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

     

    If you wish to migrate to MYOB Business/Essentials but are already paid with your current subscription which is AccountRight, we recommend waiting until next year to migrate your files. But if you really need to migrate them, you can cancel your subscription and request a refund for the remaining months. Also, before migrating, kindly make sure that you already have the MYOB Business/Essentials subscription. To proceed with migration, kindly fill out the form Move online to MYOB Business and one from the team will reach out to you.
