Under the "about MYOB Account for Windows" in the help section, it says Australia Release Version 16.0.01 it does not mention Classic V16, if you look at "confirm my company file" area, it is not highlighted and you cannot click on it. So I am assuming I should be right to go ahead and use this file.
They are willing to move on line, and this is the frustrating part, because you just cannot get to speak with any consultant, I have tried various numbers at various times, and after 2 hours on hold, I just give up, I don't feel that I can charge my clients an hourly rate to just sit on hold.
Do you think there is any chance MYOB will extend the date of the 17th owing to all the complaints about not being able to speak with anyone. I am also thinking, if a client has a Case Number and this Case has not been attended to, before the 17th they should allow them more time.
