I also have a client that has a case number created 3 weeks ago, and the consultant assured me it would be sorted out well before the 17th, it is now the 15th and no communication from MYOB at all, have no idea what I can do for them when Wednesday arrives. Heading back to my client an hour away tomorrow early so I can get on the phone as early as possible, not sure how that will go.
It is so stressful, that our hands are tied, getting onto a consultant, there is absolutely nothing we can do, MYOB should have offered more consultants to assist us, or reassess the date they are using!!!
