Thank you for your post, unfortunately, I was putting an old Classic V16 on line, but could not complete on my own, as MYOB have to undertake the migration, I managed to get through after 3 hours on hold, and have started the process, purchased an online sub, and uploaded the file where I was requested to do, hopefully within 5 days, I will receive an email stating the process has been completed.
Fingers crossed, this all goes smoothly for one of my clients.
I have to mention that this has been such a stressful time for all concerned, whether it be bookkeepers, users, or even someone needing support for other issues, many sleepless nights.
