Totally get how confusing it can be when you see a bunch of accounts all with the same name, that can definitely throw anyone off. Don’t worry, you actually just have one account with MYOB.
Sometimes, MYOB sets up system reference accounts for things like Bank feeds, PayDirect, or other add-ons, which can cause those duplicate names to pop up. If you want to be certain you're updating the billing details for the right account, just check the serial number in your file first. When you click your business name’s dropdown, you’ll see the serial number written in small grey text. You can then compare that with what’s listed in your My Account to double check. If you ever need help or want to be extra sure, you can always chat with our team through MOCA (our virtual assistant), or pop a support ticket into My Account.
