MYOB Pro Setup - Chart of Accounts
Why can't I enter either 8-0000 Other Income or 9-0000 Other Expenses in MYOB Pro?
Is the Chart of Accounts locked down so it cannot accept these additions, or is there a fault on my part?

But sorry, nope, it does not work. I have no access to 8-0000, 9-0000 accounts at all,
Can't even see anything past 6-9999 Expenses!
They are both listed (8K,9K) but inaccessible and empty!
I've even tried to delete the existing Chart and reload a new one, with the 8-000 9-000 accounts I want listed, but it lists all to the end of 6-9999 Expenses, then nothing. It is deleting the 8-0000's and 9-0000's Accounts.
It's like MYOB has blocked and locked everything past 6-9999.
I run AccountRight-Premier with my other businesses; it all works fine!
But, I purchased Pro for a small start-up and ended up with half a chart of accounts. very frustrating after spending two (2) week's setting it all up.
