Hi KD_Krunch - thanks for your question, and sorry to hear you're getting this error.
If your AccountRight company file is online, you can try setting up your general payroll information in the web browser version of AccountRight. Just log in at https://app.myob.com/ and go to the settings (⚙️) menu > Payroll settings.
Also take a look at this help topic that has lots more information about setting up your payroll in the browser.
