No business found error
Hello,
Hoping someone can help me.
I've been using MYOB Essentials for the past 12 months, and suddenly this week after logging in with the correct email and password, a screen appears saying "No results found". See screenshot attached. Even when I try logging into MYOB Business it gives me the same error.
I was on hold with their customer service for an hour with no answer so figured I'd try getting some help here.

So that I can look into this for you, could you please send me a private message with the following details:
- Serial number
- Business file name
- Your name + email
Refreshed user access - resolved 3/10
