Hello, is there a way to locate an old MYOB subscription for which payment has ceased? I am a bookkeeper and the old bookkeeper for the company I want to access has pretty much disappeared and faile...

I have the old email address that was used but the prior bookkeeper is not able to be contacted. Is there a number my client is able to call to gain access? Also what information will they need to have to hand - ABN, address etc?

Additionally, they can seek help from our virtual assistant, MOCA, on our website or ask for support through their account at myob.com. If MOCA can't provide the needed help, they'll be transferred to our live chat team, who can assist further and provide our support contact number if needed.
