There's no doubt that this has been a tough one to deal with, especially after all this time trying and everything under the sun to fix it. You're right, even with the correct Purchases role, not being able to access Purchase Orders isn't how it should be working. I've added your account to the list of affected users, so you're now on the radar for updates. You'll get an email once there's a fix rolled out.
