Thank you for your suggestion, that is a lot of work to be using the recurring transaction to raise the invoice with new month details and notes then going back into the recurring transaction to update it every time...this doesn't make sense to me.
Why not make the system update the recurring transactions just like the other version and be more efficient?

I can see why having to update the recurring transaction each month would feel like extra work.
