Receivables reconciliation

Hello, I am still stumped with this one.I have included linked categories,exception report,  that does not have totals and my sales invoices which were the historical accounts that had tobe entered and then a receivables reconciliation exception report needed to be run. Any help would be appreciated as to why there is not totals showing in the report.
