I only signed up to 'online' yesterday - worst decision!! Its been nothing but a pain. I hope it gets better
Xero is the way to go, i only use MYOB for a few clients but move people to Xero constantly

I signed up to online a year ago. It took a lot of getting used to, and there are definitely ways it could be improved, but you'll get the hang of it. This is the first time I have experienced this type of issue.

Tuesday 4 Oct - from 12.45pm... We have just rolled over to use MYOB online from Accountedge as MYOB no longer supports MAC - worked fine yesterday - today was working fine until about 12.45pm, went to do other work, came back and then Nothing... tried to log in again and again - get to the 2FA no problem
Then this refer to screen shot.....
NOT HAPPY....
This happened hours after upgrading to cover enough staff through payroll, now that they charge per employee.

I've just spoken to MYOB after waiting 50 minutes and they said it could take 1-2 hours to fix the issue. Here is a link to keep you updated on the progress.

We have the same problem for all clients using MYOB Business. MYOB is aware of the issue and is working urgently on fixing it. https://status.myob.com/
