I checked the case, and it looks like the previous migration request was cancelled because of the business downtime involved while upgrading the file, especially with the risk of losing more recent work entered after the request was raised. We are seeing a high volume of support cases at the moment, so wait times are taking longer than usual, so we appreciate your patience.
If you'd still like to go ahead with the migration, the best option would be to revisit it once the queue has eased a bit, so the file can be reviewed again at a safer time for your business.
