Urgent Help Needed Online Payments Deactivated & No Payout Received Since 14th Feb
Hi all,
I'm a new MYOB user. After using it for just a couple of days, my online payment feature was suddenly deactivated.
14th I receive last payment from customer, but I still haven’t received any payout,as the funds are currently stuck,this is affecting my ability to provide service to my clients.
I’ve called customer care every day and spent hours on the phone, but unfortunately, I still haven’t received a clear explanation
What steps I need to take to resolve this
Has anyone experienced something similar? Any advice from experienced MYOB users or experts would be greatly appreciated.
