Thanks so much for calling this out, I can see why it’d be frustrating if you’re paying staff by the hour but the leave isn’t behaving the way you expect.
In MYOB Business, leave can be set to accrue based on hours worked, but this is controlled in the leave pay item setup, not in the pay run itself. For how this works alongside leave loading, see our help page “Leave loading” and scroll to the “Preventing leave accruing on leave loading” section, which explains how to stop leave accruing on loading when your leave is calculated as a percentage of hours worked.
