Casual employee

Hi,

 

I terminated an employee a few weeks ago.  She started as a casual worker.  Should I create her as a new employee again?

    In response to your inquiry, if you want to maintain a continuous employment history for your employees, you can keep using the existing employee record so it will not affect the employee pay super.
