Direct export Deputy to MYOB

Hi there,

We use Deputy as our rostering system, and each week we directly export data from Deputy to MYOB using MYOB Business (Cloud Export). With around 150 - 170 employees, the process usually takes a maximum of 30 minutes. However, last week it took me 2 hours to export data for just 80 employees. I lodged a complaint with Deputy and they responded saying they received a 504 error from MYOB.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there anything that can be done to resolve it?

    My apologies for the late response. When this happens, we recommend exporting it in batches, for example, 20-30 employees at a time, and then proceeding with the next batch and so on. If you encounter any issues, we advise reaching out to Deputy support for assistance. Deputy Help Center
