Yes, you can easily get an Employee Earnings Certificate in MYOB by going to Payroll Reports. The Earnings Certificate is similar to the Payroll Activity Report because it shows the employee’s total earnings, tax, and deductions for a specific period. Navigate to payroll activity report, select the employee, adjust the date range (ensure it’s within the current financial year), and expand all sections to view detailed information. Once you’ve done that, you can generate the report as a PDF and share it with the employee.

thanks for that but it really looks nothing like the Earnings Certificates that are normally. They generally look just like a certificate for each employee with their earnings for the year. The report you have indicated looks so unprofessional, why do MYOB not have the normal Eardings certificate format

Thanks for your feedback. The report we pointed you to does cover the earnings info, it doesn't quite have that polished "certificate-style" look you'd normally expect. It's more functional than fancy, and I can see how that might feel a bit underwhelming when you're after something more presentable for employees.
