Hi Princess,
I have tried all the steps and mor and it is still not working. I cannot get my clients staff members pay to record the annual pay and take it off his leave balance. Can someone please call me asap. I am overseas in the UK. Best time to get me is between 4 and 5pm your time, which is 7 - 8am my time. If you can call me on Tuesday 21st, that would be great.

That's a tricky one, especially after you've already worked through all the steps and it's still not playing nice. I can see why you'd want someone to jump in and sort it with you. Just a heads up, we're not able to line up outbound callbacks, even at specific times. The quickest way to get this sorted is to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account.
