Entering RFBA amounts in EOFY STP Report

Hi,

 

I'm ready to finalise our payroll data and send to the ATO. On the EOFY finalisation page I have ticked the box to enable RFBA amounts to be entered.  Boxes to enter the amounts are only appearing against six random employees out of 105.  I can't bring the boxes up for the 3 employees I need to enter the amounts for? I've logged in & out, tried a different browser, checked all support notes.  I can't see anything that needs to be enabled in the employee card, what am I doing wrong?

    Awesome job giving that troubleshooting a shot! It's a bit odd that you’re not seeing the boxes for those employees after making sure the RFBA feature is switched on. From what I’ve tried, those RFBA boxes usually don’t pop up for employees who have the final indicator ticked. While I’m not completely sure what’s causing the snag here without digging deeper, you can try running a $0 pay run or sending an update event to refresh their records a little. If that doesn’t do the trick, hit us up via live chat through MOCA, our virtual assistant, or pop a support ticket through MyAccount and we'll get this sorted for you.
