Go global

Hi, I have tried logging into our cloud based ims payroll and it's taken me back to the download page that I had to do when I originally started the system over a year ago.  When I go to the "go global" extension it states "This extension is no longer available because it doesn't follow bedt practices for Chrome extensions" .  Can anyone help me get back into it?

    Looks like the extension hasn't been updated yet, so you'll need to get in touch with the IMS Payroll support team. I'll send you a private message with the details on how to contact IMS support.

    I changed to using Microsoft edge and used the diagnosis and fix on the 4th page of this PDF.  I hope it helps!

    I managed to get it going through Microsoft edge rather than Chrome.  I did get sent a link to help so let me know if you need this.

  • I've just tried to access a client's IMS Payroll and getting this same issue. Is there a workaround that IMS Support can help with in the interim, if we are awaiting an extension update?
