Leave balances not showing on payslip

    Hi VenesserO,

    Welcome to the Community Forum! If the "Show leave balances" on pay slips option is ticked, the leave balances should indeed appear on the pay slips. This will need further assistance on the backend, make sure to reach out to our support team directly. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via My Account.
