Leave payments
I have a employee that is just about to be terminated. He has asked to have his holiday pay paid out in 38hr lots over the next few weeks so he doesn't have to pay bulk tax.
After preventing super and leave accruing on unused leave payments does this need to be finalised in one pay run or can I continue over a few weeks?

We truly appreciate your response. Regarding your concern, yes, you can process it that way. However, it would still be best to speak with your accountant to prevent any future issues with the ATO.
