    Hi Princess,

    Thanks for getting back but as you can see I did put in the correct dates as per the initial post - as mentioned I have been doing this for about 20 years.

    "So I thought maybe I had put the wrong dates in for the pay run - but they were correct too on the pay remittance - showing pay hours being 8th until 14th January - except the hours worked on the 8th did not get calculated in the actual pay run."

    I do not like your virtual assistant - it can only answers questions that are obvious so is basically useless so I will put in a support ticket.

We are also facing the same problem. Our pay period day of the week is correctly set. Could we please get some assistance in figuring out why some timesheet hours are missing but then appear when you key it in with slightly different dates?

    The usual culprits when timesheet hours vanish and re‑appear with different dates are mismatched pay period dates in the run versus the actual timesheet window. Since you've confirmed that the pay period dates are correct, you'll need to reach out to our team so they can dig deeper and check what's happening behind the scenes.
