Thanks Doreen. Appreciate the reply. I have spent 2.5 hours on the phone (mostly put on hold repeatedly) in the last 24 hours and 7 agents have all failed to be able to answer my query, none of them telling me what you have explained and the only one who might have been able to help managed to cut me off and never called back! Appreciate the information thanks, saves me wasting more time trying to get MYOB to actually help!
