I am trying to process a new employees super, but am receiving an error that the super fund doesn't accept payments anymore.
I looked up the new details, but these details are not on the list of super funds to choose from in the list on MYOB.
How can I add the new details?

I can see how confusing this is when MYOB says the existing fund can’t receive contributions, but the updated details aren’t appearing in the list. Thanks for sharing the new details.
Try searching the super fund list using the USI without spaces: 45960194277010. If it still doesn’t appear, it's best to reach out to our support team with the updated ABN and USI so they can check the Pay Super fund details. You can find the setup steps here: Set up superannuation funds.
