Can't find employees super fund

Hi,


My employee has given me a Notification of Super Fund Changes effective 1 July 2026.

SPIN is 76746741299211

ABN is 76746741299

 

It does not show up in the lists as yet.

Do I just need to be patient and check again tomorrow?

Wanted to process our first pay day super contribution but being held up by this

    I'm having the same issue with the following details.

    Fund Name: National Mutual Retirement Fund

    ABN: 76746741299

    USI: 76746741299111

    DMartin Im having same issue, if you find a solution let me know

    Its on superfund look up as Personal Super and Roll over plan 

    Angela from Resolution life said Super choice have said it was corrected on MYOB & Zero, some people have updated their software and its corrected but find how to do that

  • Update to my original post.

    After waiting on hold with MYOB Support for about 3.5 hrs I was instructed to send an email regarding the issue to mailto:[email protected]

    The auto email that came back contained the following 

     A quick reassurance in the meantime: the ATO has confirmed that employers making a genuine effort to do the right thing — and who resolve any issues promptly — won't be the focus of compliance action in the first year of Payday Super. This is a significant transition and you don't need to have everything perfect on day one.

    Apologies for the delayed response. If you’re still having the same issue and you’ve already emailed the super team, they’ll be best placed to check it for you.

     

    If not, please reach out to our support team with the fund name, ABN, and USI/SPIN you’re using so they can look into it.

    Hello, I am having the same issue and have been reading the threads with no success or resolution..

    Right now I am waiting on Live Chat to find out what is happening with my Support Request (seeing as I am not the only one having an issue with National Mutual you would think a solution would have been found by now) .. 

    This is what the Live Chat has said "If you've submitted a request to our Pay Super team, turnaround time is currently 19 days" ... 19 days is not good enough MYOB. This situation is totally out of consumers responsibility or control, yet we will be on notice with the ATO because of MYOB not getting this right. 

     

    MYOB needs to do better.

    As of just now working.. make sure you create the new fund using the name as listed as the product name on the SUPER FUND LOOKUP. Then it should appear in the Super drop down list. Even though the ABN said one thing "Trustee for National Mutual Retirement Fund" in my case the product name was  

    76746741299111Personal Super and Rollover Plan / SuperSelect

     I then had to make sure the Employees affected had this new fund assigned to them. Then all worked fine and Super could be paid. Hope this helps someone else.
