Hello, I am having the same issue and have been reading the threads with no success or resolution..
Right now I am waiting on Live Chat to find out what is happening with my Support Request (seeing as I am not the only one having an issue with National Mutual you would think a solution would have been found by now) ..
This is what the Live Chat has said "If you've submitted a request to our Pay Super team, turnaround time is currently 19 days" ... 19 days is not good enough MYOB. This situation is totally out of consumers responsibility or control, yet we will be on notice with the ATO because of MYOB not getting this right.
MYOB needs to do better.
