Update to my original post.
After waiting on hold with MYOB Support for about 3.5 hrs I was instructed to send an email regarding the issue to mailto:[email protected]
The auto email that came back contained the following
A quick reassurance in the meantime: the ATO has confirmed that employers making a genuine effort to do the right thing — and who resolve any issues promptly — won't be the focus of compliance action in the first year of Payday Super. This is a significant transition and you don't need to have everything perfect on day one.
Thank you Jo, I have now emailed Myob , hopefully issue can be corrected
