We truly appreciate your patience regarding the issue and sorry to hear that your new employee cannot log in to their MYOB Team app. To correct the situation, kindly remove the employee from the location he was assigned to and then re-add him. Once done, have the employee login to their MYOB Team app and see if the error message will show up again. Please make sure that the employee is not assigned as an approving manager under MYOB Team > Locations.
