Same issue here. MYOB support hours are not acceptable. Please lodge a complaint now to have them extend it. Especially while chat is not available either.

Have also noticed that Payslips are not showing up on the MYOB Team app for staff. Is this issue related?

We recently had an issue with the MYOB Team Admin portal that stopped you from accessing it. However, this has already been resolved by the team. You can now access the portal without any issues. For any updates, if there's an ongoing issue, you can check our status hub.
