MYOB TEAM

good morning,

 

I need some assistance with MYOB Team 

 

I have the MYOB business and wanting to use MYOB Team. I get the email stating that I’ve been invited to join MYOB Team and that there would be a follow up email. However I never get that follow up email and I’ve done it now twice already. 

What am I doing wrong , please can someone assist me with this as I have a new starter that started yesterday and we need to keep track of time. 

I would really appreciate it.

    Thanks for the info, I’ll look into that, however you did not respond to my actual question that I was asking. 

     

    I am struggling with the MYOB team app. Please read my question and let me know how to go from there.

    Hi CF28,

     

    That does sound confusing, especially when you’re getting the first MYOB Team email but not the follow-up one. A good thing to check is the MYOB Team setup flow, because that next email can be the one the employee receives after they’ve been added to MYOB Team itself or assigned to a location in the MYOB Team admin portal.   • Hi Doreen,

     

    please see attached pic. Not sure if you would be able to see properly but this is what I’ve done previously before sending my message the first time and it’s not working. 

    could you maybe have a look at this and see where I’m going wrong please.
