This issue is in other threads. You would think that the timeframe that this has been an issue that this would have been resolved by now. This is payroll we are talking about.

The issue is not resolved as it keeps happening. The myob help team run a script but the problem comes back again spasmodically with another employee. Employees cant contact myob for help as you will not talk to them as they are not the owner of the file. It is impossible for the employer to diagnose the issue when not sitting with the employee and myob at same time. The employee should be able to get help. The teams program has a lot of issues and it is disappointing that Myobs usual high standards are let down by this program. Payroll is serious business and has serious impacts when teams is not working properly. It affects the employee, the employer and the payroll officer trying to process the pays. Fix it permanently.

We are still having this issue. It’s very frustrating that there is no fix yet after such a long time!!
