Thank you for your post.

Thanks but I had already found that report and it doesnt work for us. we need a total for each column. As outlined below, without this we aren't going to be able to make it work and is causing so much more work for us. Am I missing where this table/report would be now after the move over to Business?

Hi ggsadmin,
Thank you for the response.
We really appreciate your patience with this matter. For you to be able to export those records under pay run summary you will need first to click the arrow down button at the right side of the page so that it will show you the breakdown of the pay run for the specific pay period. Giving you an example screenshot below that will show those needed details in the reports. The first one will show you how it looks like when you click on the arrow down and the second will show you how the report is after exporting it through PDF version. We just cover out some personal information for privacy matters.

Please note that you need to click on the arrow down button first at the right side to have those breakdowns appear on the reports upon exporting it to excel or pdf file.
Do let us know how it goes.
Cheers,
Shella

The problem with the new way it is reporting is that its not a Summary, its detailed, over more than one page. Also it appears to be coming out in some random order, not alphabetical.
Very frustrating to see what used to be a simple, clear, concise summary be replaced with this clunky format.

So frustrating! And would require so much time to get retrieve the same information.

That doesn't give a total of all columns which is crucial. We run pivot tables of this summary as its always been the same format and order each week. This new report format is not accounting friendly. Is there a way to create it?
