Thanks for flagging this and sorry for the confusion, I know how annoying that would've been especially when you're expecting things to show up straight away. Good news though, this was actually a known hiccup on our end, and it's now been sorted. So everything should be back to normal. If you're still not seeing that payday filing come through in the page or in your myIR account, give it a quick refresh or log out and back in.

Hi Sai,
Thanks for helping out. The pay run now shows up on the Payday filing page, with the status "Submitted". But it's still not in "Submissions" in myIR account. I have already logged out and logged in again.
Would you be able to help further? How long would it usually take for this submission to show up in myIR?

Hi Anna-UL,
Love that the pay run’s all submitted now! You’ve already done the right thing by logging out and back in. From here, you just need to wait for their system to update. It can take up to 24 hours before it shows in IR.
