Payday Super error notification

Hi everyone

I have tried to record my first pay superannuation transaction. I am trying to do it for the month of April. 

I have one rejection for an employee, but it is only for their first pay in April, the rest of their pays for the month have all been accepted. The error says I need to ensure their member number is correct. But it has accepted the same member number for the following pays.

Does anyone have a solution on how to fix this? 

Is it possible to add an amount manually in the MYOB paysuper system?
