Paying incorrect super guarantee

Thanks for your post. Some general things to check when super is not calculating correctly are:

 

• has a payroll category been excluded from super calculations in error
• have adjustments been processed mid-month
• if you run the Payroll register report, add up the OTEs for the month and multiply by 10% does this equal the superannuation guarantee amount in that report

I'll be happy provide detailed information but can I first check which software you are using. And screenshots of the super payroll category set up and pay transactions would be great. Please make sure sensitive information is removed from screenshots prior to posting on the public Forum.
