Recommend create an asset 'contra account' setup as a bank type
Post all the electronic payments to this contra account meaning change the standard bank to the new contra account
Pots all the bank feeds to the contra account and this should clear all transactions and contra account is NIL
Recommend test one payment from bank feeds and electronic to ensure the contra account is NIL
