Payroll page will not load

I am getting the circle of death trying to load the Payroll page for the past 4 days. I have cleared cache and cookies. I have tried logging in on other devices and via both Microsoft Edge and Chrome...

I have tried every day since this issue started occurring and it's still not working. Please can you assist asap.
